It was another night in which Beatrice decided to visit the starry osservatorio before curfew started. She had been compelled to do so for no other reason that she simply enjoyed the view and the solitary moment to relax and reflect upon her own thoughts in peace. Of course, she didn't mind being around other people and interacting with them, but for someone as silently pondering and analytical as Beatrice, this brief solitude was necessary and welcome.
She stood in front of the glass of the transparent dome that revealed the view of the surrounding night sky outside, thinking about the contents of a letter her parents had sent her recently. It bore regular news and nothing entirely special, but to her it was more significant since it had to do with her family. She was glad that the endeavors of her parents were doing well. But then, the Galluccis were at the top of Italian society for a reason.@Taryn Mosconi
